Owner/President, Susan Christian, has been in the employment industry since 1986. She was the co-founder of Personnel Resources, Inc. in July 1991. In 2001 she became the sole owner of the company. She and her staff are committed to high ethics, professionalism, and unsurpassed service to client companies and client candidates alike. Personnel Resources has become a leader in the industry throughout southern Wisconsin.
Personnel Resources also maintains active rolls in the National Association of Personnel Services, the American Staffing Association, the Wisconsin Association of Personnel Services and the Wisconsin Association of Staffing Services, as well as local personnel associations. We are one of the few services in Wisconsin that belong to both the National and State Associations.
Continual education and training of our professional staff is also very important. Two staff members hold dual certifications - Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and Certified Temporary Specialist (CTS). CPC and CTS are the only professional designations recognized globally in the staffing industry. Certified Personnel Consultants and Certified Temporary Specialists represent individuals who set the tone for professionalism and conduct themselves with the highest ethical principles and standards. Having dual certifications in our industry is very rare, with less than 1% of all designees having the dual certifications. One staff member recently obtained her CTS and is working on acquiring her CPC. Having a combined amount of 47+ years of experience in the staffing industry sets us apart from all the rest.
