Our candidates are screened and tested to insure that you are receiving an employee who can meet or exceed your expectations and needs. Although we would like as much time as possible to identify the right employee, we are ready to respond to your immediate same-day needs. Our automated system allows us to search for available qualified candidates. We continually follow-up with you to let you know the status of your order. If we are unable to find the skills you need, we would even be happy to call another service for you! Temporary placements are billed on a "per hour basis" according to the employee skills and experience required. Our rates are very competitive in our service areas. In addition to wages, we assume all statutory costs such as FICA, worker compensation insurance, liability insurance, Federal and State unemployment taxes, and benefits. Our employees will be required to complete a time card for the hours worked. After their supervisor has approved it, our employee is responsible for submitting it to our office. We then process it for payroll and billing, which is done on a weekly basis. Should

calculate a conversion fee, crediting you for the time they have already
worked for you.
