services to meet your current staffing needs.
TEMP-TO-HIRE
Personnel
Resources offers a ninety (90) day (minimum 480 hours) temp-to-hire
program.
For
the first ninety days of the employee’s tenure with your company,
they remain our employee. We payroll them, and we assume all risk and
responsibilities. During this ninety day period, you can evaluate the
candidate’s potential employment with your company. If at anytime
during the ninety days you are dissatisfied with their performance,
all you have to do is call us. We can work with the employee and advise
them how to improve or we will discontinue their employment with your
company. Using the temp-to-hire program does not commit you to hiring
any individual unless you choose to do so.
At
the end of ninety days, (minimum 480 hours), you have three options
for the employee.

You
may bring them on to your company's payroll at no additional fee.

You
may keep them on a temporary status.

At
the end of the ninety days, or at anytime before, you may terminate
the arrangement by giving us a call.
Should
you wish to bring the employee on to your payroll before the ninety
days are up, simply call us and a buy-out fee will be calculated for
you.
