Safety
Personnel Resources has a full time safety consultant available to help you in every aspect of safety on the job. Our consultant will work with you in identifying safety problems and offer you solutions. In addition, our consultant can customize safety programs for all of your employees, and help you understand the federal and state regulations regarding safety.

On the job safety is just one of many safety programs that we can help you with--other areas include: air quality, noise pollution, hazardous communications, food testing, etc.

Computer Software
We have a full time qualified trainer available to train not only possible candidates on common software, but we can train your existing employees as well. If your employees need training or just updating of their skills in word processing, spreadsheets and accounting packages we can customize a training program for an individual or an entire group of people. The training can be done at your facility or ours, during working hours, after working hours or on the weekend.

Phone Etiquette
There are many companies that offer telephone etiquette classes, but usually they are too expensive to send more than one employee, or they offer a group rate if they all attend at the same time. Who can afford to have a group of their staff missing from work on any given day? Personnel Resources' solution for this is to offer phone etiquette classes at your convenience at a price that is affordable. These classes can be held at your facility, our facility or any place you decide is right.

Proper Business Attire
Proper business attire is just as important to the office staff as the right uniform is to the factory employee. Unfortunately, you cannot purchase a uniform for your non-manufacturing employees. Our Proper Business Attire program not only teaches the employee what is proper attire in a business setting, but it also explains the reasons why this attire is necessary.

How do we know what is proper business attire for your office? We work with you to set up the guidelines and then explain them to your employees in an informal, friendly environment. If you already have a proper business attire policy we will work within that policy to insure that your employees fully understand the policy.

Customer Service
Customer service is the key to success into the next century. It's not just the employee who has direct contact with the customer, but every employee influences customer service. The manufacturing person who creates the product, the person who picks, packs and ships the product all need to know that how they do their task will make a difference to the customer.
